ACBL Bridge Series



St. Louis Bridge Center is proud to announce that we will be offering the complete ACBL Bridge Series program. This program was originally designed by world class educator, Audrey Grant. The ACBL Bridge Series consists of a progression of five courses, each focusing on a different aspect of the game and bringing the students from absolute beginners through to the point where they can confidently play in any bridge game. The series is supported by excellent books and the fantastic (and free) Learn to Play Bridge software. People already familiar with the game can, of course, start at any point in the series, but most will benefit from the complete set of lessons.  The following courses will be offered in 2020:


"A Taste of Bridge" /w Janet Vontz

6-Week Course

Each Saturday, March 7th through April 11th @ 9:30am-11:30am

First Two Lessons are FREE (March 7th, March 14th)

Last Four Lessons are $10 (March 21st/28th, April 4th/11th)

June 12th and 13th

June 12th Friday, 2pm-4:30pm - Modern Preempts

June 13th Saturday, 9:30am-Noon - Slam Bidding

June 13th Saturday, 1pm-3:30pm - Finesses and More

$59 for one, $109 for two or $149 for all three sessions by 5/19 ($60 per session after 5/19)

Lunch included with both Sat sessions 

Free game voucher included with purchase of all three.

2020 Class Schedule:

A Taste of Bridge With Janet Vontz - March 7th through April 11th @ 9:30am-11:30am each Saturday

A Taste of Bridge with Janet Vontz is a comprehensive 6-Week Course covering the basics of Bridge for brand new players. The first two lessons held on March 7th and March 14th will be free of charge while the following four lessons on March 21st, March 28th, April 4th and April 11th will be $10 each or half off for students under 18 years of age. The normal Saturday chat game will continue after the course finishes for any students interested in increasing their skills.
